WPC Group Apprentice Autobody Repair Gold Medal Winner

WPC Group is very proud to announce that LSH Auto apprentice David Ung has won the gold medal in the category of Autobody Repair at the Worldskills Australia Melbourne Region Competition.

Worldskills is a global competition that gives apprentices and trainees the opportunity to showcase their skills; David competed against other high performers from around the state/country in their respective occupation.

David is a third year apprentice Panel Beater based in Port Melbourne, at the LSH Auto Mercedes-Benz Autobody workshop, and completes his training with Kangan Institute.

David will now have the opportunity to apply to represent Victoria at the National Championships, which are being held in August 2020 in Perth, WA. The International Competition will be held in Shanghai in 2021.

We are all very proud of his achievement and commitment to his occupation, training and industry. The whole team at WPC Group congratulates David for his win, and wish him the best for the next steps of the competition.
