“When I began an apprenticeship through WPC, I never believed it could have afforded me the opportunities that have come my way. The support and guidance throughout my apprenticeship allowed me to excel in my field and within 3 years I began a management role coordinating teams and bringing forward new business. Also personally through the guidance from my mentors I was able to work towards my long term goals which I achieved by buying my first property at the age of 23 and securing the long term future for my family. Now 5 years on I have returned to WPC in a dual role in Recruitment and Apprentice Trainee mentor as I developed a passion for wanting to nurture future trainees and apprentices and allow them to have the opportunities I was so able to receive during my training.”
